I was walking along the path of a local park and was lucky enough to run into this little fellow. He was patient with me for the most part. I guess he was heading home and at one point was actually swimming up the creek but unfortunately I missed that shot. I ran ahead and sat on a stone bridge so I could get a good vantage point and snap away but I didn't realize his home was at the base of a tree a few feet away from me and too close for his comfort. He started acting a little strange and all of sudden hissed and growled at me and then jumped in his hole. The pics are basically in the sequence I took them I believe.

Excuse my ignorance but is that a raccoon?  Great sequence nevertheless.
