Hi all I just picked up something that I sold a few years ago. I know, why did I buy it again?
Well I sold the last one because at 38mm, it was just a bit small for me. I did love the watch and it really bothered me to let it go.
I had it for two years and really abused it. It never missed a beat and took everything that I threw at it.
So now Craig tells me that he bought one. I tell him the same stuff that I mentioned above. I also tell him that he will love it.
I got a little melancholy and looked at some pics on the web. What do you know, now the same watch is made in a 42mm size. Different dial too.
So now I'm the very proud owner (again) of a HamiltonKhaki Field Automatic
You get alot of value for your money with this watch. I've looked over every bit of the dial with a loupe and the uality is second to none. Straight lines in the painting and very neat as well.
I'm happy as a clam. BTW Craig, I'm sending you the bill
Nice strong butterfly clasp
See-thru caseback
It has a semi-domed sapphire crystal, but it's hars to see ot in the pic
I tried to get a pic thru my loupe to show the quality of the dial
Wrist shot
Thanks for looking _________________ Let's rock this place :-)

Awesome watch Paulie!
I gave my husband a Hamilton Jazzmaster when he graduated from his bachelors program! They're very good quality for the money like you said, and I find them to be "timeless" also! Very good buy! _________________ Mireyna

They sell them in Bahrain and I've been tempted a few times when looking at them. As you say, good value. _________________ I'd feel lost without my GPS |
