Not yet, Martin.  I'll ask Dave about it.

Believe me when I tell you that she will be bowled over by your generosity.  Particularly for someone who has never owned a Rolex, she will be thrilled to own such an upscale brand as well as deeply touched by your thoughtfulness.  After all, she would never anticipate receiving such a treasure.  Also, unlike the rest of us, she's not llikely spending hours on a Rolex forum looking at pictures of watches, agonizing over bezel selection and whether or not to purchase a 26 mm or 31 mm.  I honestly don't think you can make a mistake purchasing a traditional 26 mm, but you might make a mistake purchasing a 31 mm IMHO.  I'm attaching a picture of my watch which I've worn almost exclusively since I purchased it a couple of months ago.  (I inadvertently left the plastic protectors on in this picture.)  For a first watch you might want to consider TT, which will give her the flexibility to wear YG or WG, and I might want to pair it with a simple white dial (All the white dials are stark, easy to read, classic and will match with anything she wears.)  Keep in mind, that she isn't likely perceiving the watch in the same way in which we, Rolex fans, tend to do.  Whatever you do - barring the purchase of the leopard model - I feel sure will be most appreciated.

Faith, your DJs are both very pretty and classic.  Dave just had a meeting with his group two nights ago and they couldn't come to a decision about getting her a Rolex - a few were concerned about spending that much, though it would amount to about $150 for each person to pitch in.  To put that amount in perspective, this woman has put several thousand more dollars into each person's pocket this year through her diligence in identifying billing and coding errors, collection problems, and ultimately through finding the group practice a new and more efficient billing company.

More to come.... many in the group all very keen on the idea of giving her a DJ - and I agree; given her age and what I know of her demeanor, a 26mm would suit her.

An Omega is a really nice consideration too..

And it would only cost the cheap so-and-so's about half out of pocket ..............
