Brown Pelicans

I went hiking along a remote section of the Virginia coast this summer and was able to get a few shots of these guys as they cruised up and down the beach. They look a little prehistoric to me and it's pretty cool to see them skim the ocean just inches above the water in formation. Unfortunately they were too far away to get a shot of that.

They do look a bit prehistoric Mike, I'd love to see one myself. Great pictures.

Great pictures Mike used to see quite a few of those around the beaches in Cancun
