...with a bumper movement from 1952


It arrived today, freshly serviced..
A very clean almost excellent dial, with a few dots on the crystal.
Well, they can be pollished out..

My mom came to visit my son Niels and spotted the bumper on the table and strapped it on her wrist.

Well, that was the end of my bumper, it now is her bumper...    

She loved the 14k gold watch so much that I gave it to her..



Needless to say that I really love my Mom...

I've always admired the old Seamasters.  

It's the watch I remember on my Dad's wrist .....

nice watch. I have an 1950's Omega Bumper that has been refinished, I use it as a dress watch

I love those old Seamasters as dress watches....  Just big enough to be functional yet small enough to not be noticed .. perfect size..
