My wife has a Cartier Santos Ronde that ingressed some water. It was sent to Dubai for repair and I picked it up yesterday. As you would expect the watch is almost like new again. One thing I did notice is the new dial has the word "Cartier" as one of the lines in the "X" representing 10. On the old dial it used to be the thin line of the "V" in 7. Does anyone know when they changed it? :?

I had a bit of time today so I took a comparative picture of the new dial.

Couldn't be of help there Adrian. I guess Cartier are changing things slightly for their own purpose, may be to indicate age or batch of the models like Rolex do with the minute marker differences.
Just a guess. _________________ Steve
