I'm pooped.......... Spent 5 hours hiking into the backside of Yosemite Park (by Mammoth Mountain) to visit Devils Post Pile, a wall of towering aligned basalt rock.... Very interesting.. And then along a narrow, mountain hugging, trail to Minaret Falls.  Lots of water cascading over granite rocks and spread out  to form 3 major falls and many minor falls. I'm covered with trail dust, and every bond in my body aches........... I took some pictures.... hope at least one of them turns out nice......... _________________ ...............
