I love them on these two because they are easier to read with my eye sight. Now the Yachtmaster I find very hard to read.

I can't say I'm enamoured with white dial watches with SS. WD usually looks better with gold as it gives it 'warmth'.

The Rolex Explorer II with the white dial is OK, but if it came to a pick, I would go for black.

I LOVE a white dial, on any model or metal! It's just super classy! Especially with Roman numerals!

I do Paul. At least it's still in the family. My son has already been scuba diving with it.

I'm a bit anxious to see if Rolex does anything with an EXP II "upgrade"

A Maxi Dial would be nice, but I'm not so sure about Super Sizing the case. Most people that have owned different sport models say the EXP II is the most comfortable on the wrist.

That's a great thing you did with your son. It's nice to see people watching their children enjoy things

I think a white dial is a great dress look.

But it is hard to see in the bright desert sun we get in the desert.

I usually only wear this one for evening dressy events

(but I don't wear a dress)

Yeah... right!

Very nice though! I like the white dial a lot! On every datejust and day-date model as well, I think it's the most classy look, and for sure the most legible when eyes are getting "older".

I have to agree with Mireyna, especially about the dress.

Thought I'd dig out a photo or two of my husband's Explorer II, which he gave me after buying his sea-dweller.  Rather than removing any permanent bracelet links to get a good fit, I ordered a couple of leather straps.  Had to get an extra hole punched even in in those!  At any rate, here's a couple of pics.  The red and black leather strap is kind of wild, I know - but it makes the watch a little more girly.  I wore it all day today and really liked it - very comfortable, too.
