No, I remember that one b/c I thought about buying a 14060 tritium but I wanted to make sure the hands/indicies wouldn't corrode.

I basically wanted a pristine looking patina piece.

I think I then found out that all 14060's have the WG surrounds and the steel was only on the DJ models.
