White Beauty............

From my personal collection:

This  beauty has just come in from a full service.....  Right in time for a white hot Summertime..

This 10 year old Explorer II has seen it's share of use and abuse.... now it looks like new..  Look for a feature coming about this P series from 2000.

It came with one of the new Rolex cleaning cloths..  I suppose the cloth will need it's own place too:

The bracelet is scratch and ding free:

Look Ma.....lug holes..yummy:

It's ready for the hiking trails and more abuse....  It's just in time for a Yosemite adventure next month..

(well, maybe the black one will do that...............)

I've never been much of an Explorer fan but after seeing your pictures Larry, I may be about to change my mind.

Great pictures Larry    Did you have it serviced by a local watchmaker or did you send it out to Rolex?

Rolex contracted watchmaker, not the RSC........

The only one close to me, Beverly Hills, is closed down now.....

Bee-yootiful photos, Larry.  I'm rather fond of the Expy II, myself!

Larry:
I traded my (white face) Exp. II away many moons ago. Seeing that beautiful watch now, brings back some great memories.....one of these days I may just have to buy another one! .....a TON of watch!
JJ Irani

The Exp-II and GMT-II both look great on the Super Jubilee bracelet.

This one still brings back fond memories!!

Larry,
Your pics [and GJ's] really accentuate the positive.

Whenever I look at these pics, I'm committed to giving the Expy II some wrist time!  This weekend will be the perfect time.

Although the White Explorer is as durable as the black one... I seem to only want to wear the white on dressy occasions....

Thanks for the great comments.....

Larry, the pictures of your Explorer II makes me want to go out and buy one. Thanx for sharing!!!

These pics are helping me make my mind up on the next purchase

40th coming up and what says 40 better than a white dial EXPII :-)

Can't say I blame you, Larry.....the white does have a special charm of its own.

That service job is absolutely top-notch stuff!!

Of the Explorer line the white is my favorite.
