What does this mean?I know that a blue circle in front of a topic means no new posts, and a red circle means new posts -- but what does a red circle with a yellow center mean??

Tee-hee! I loves you guys. I have a question about creating an avatar, but I think I'll keep reading and see if I can figure it out. There's always hubby as a last resort, but I'd have to put up with the "oh, here, let me do it, you poor dumb idiot...." So I hope to figure it out by myself!
