What Do You Look For In A Holiday /Vacation

given our UK general climate the Sun is my no1 priority! thereafter i just has to be a change in lifestyle/pace wether that being the ability to chill Luxury beach or all out las vegas

Generally, someplace with a beach and lots of sunshine

Well I get beaches and sunshine most of the year so I usually take a trip to a city in Europe or elsewhere if the thought crosses my mind.  I do like mainland European cities though because most of them are unspoiled from medieval times.

I like to get maximum kick-back time...

It seems that an Ocean Cruise does that for me and Mrs Tools..

The next one is along the west coast of Mexice down to Cabo, then back up to Vancouver in Canada..

I think I have to pack shorts, T-shirts...and a Parka...

Beaches and palm trees for the most part. But my dream vacation is a couple of weeks checking out old Europe in the fall

I said old, not ancient    I mean the old villages and towns with cobble stone streets, gothic architecture and amazing heritage

We made this trip a couple of years ago.
We stayed on Laucheralp, a VERY small mountain village high in the Swiss mountains.

Thanks guys, this is what I search for, no luxury no nothing, back to basic and the beautiful nature...

And the good thing is, it's only 800km from where I live...
