What Defines A Ladies Watch

Does putting an effeminate dial and or girly strap on a prodominately male watch make a Ladies piece? i'm thinking of the various daytona carnations that have appeared over the years was it the "beach" models that came in various pastel colours dials/straps the heavily blinged examples and to top it the leopard!! it looks kinda trendy on some ladies i guess but not what I'd consider a femine timepiece due primarily to it being a 40mm size chronograph when you strip it back. Is the leopard Daytona Unisex? not for this AlphaMale for sure! but my AD has sold one to be worn by a "gentleman"

Perhaps....

I'll bet Liberace might have had a Leapord Daytona

I don't think big watches on women is a bad look....\\However, it definitely is NOT a feminine look

I think if any watch fits nicely on a ladies wrist and looks good but would not do the same on a man's wrist, then I'd class it as a ladies watch. However I have to agree that a lot of ladies are taking to wearing men's watches and making them look good. Perhaps these should now be unisex watches.

Yes any watch that suits the fairer sex is OK by me, especially when a girl like this is wearing a Daytona!

She could pull pints for me all day long.

Personnally I like bigger watches myself. The watch companies, and especially Rolex is completely going away from calling a certain watch "gent's" or "lady's", they only refer to them in mm size.

I made this watch look a little mor feminine with the pink strap...

Ah that ETA assembled watch aint it?

I personally don't care for a large (40mm+) watch on a lady.

However, if the lady is comfortable with a larger watch then that should be sufficient. IMO though it still doesn't make it a feminine look.

......and it goes nicely with the pink spots on your dress.

My wife told me that trick.
