Some Poor Alaska Bird Views..........Cruising in Alaska, everything is a moving target.... 
There is a lot of wildlife in Alaska, but everything is so far away because of the immense size of the place........and for some reason, a 110,000 Ton vessel seems to keep them away 
Here are some Ptarmagin on the fly....
Of course, on the ocean, everything looks like a Seagull to me...
Saw a bunch of Eagles, but they were way off in the distance. This as close as I ever got..and this is with a 300mm lens, shooting from a moving ship towards a bobbing iceberg...

Yes... It was always cold on the deck of the ship... but once on shore, it was fairly nice..
It's a place we intend to cruise back to though... and maybe with a little longer lens........
