Sir Elton John.Setting off shortly to go to Sheffield to watch Sir Elton John's Red Piano tour, have seen him 3 times before, he always does a great show, looking forward to it, I will give a report tomorrow.

Elton's alright...bit flamboyant, bit hissy, bit of an attention seeker....I hear when he grows up he wants to be Bitsy!!!!

Actually thinking about the work of David LaChapelle it's probably best not to start a thread or post his pics.
His work is vibrant, sexy, controversial, hyperreal, odd, thought provoking and pretty damn cool.
His work is usually supersaturated, neon and candy colours and a slight subversion of celebrity or society.
I won't post as some are a little grphic but of course you can google his name and find his studio and browse in your own time!

fantastic Dave saw him at Hove cricket ground in 2006. He did loads of his really old stuff off Goodbye yellow brick road. Highlight for me was Tiny Dancer, have a great time. Hope there is not a football match on he kept us waiting an hour while he watched the England game
