Scaly-breasted muniaThese fly around in flocks, alight on the grass that's seeding and devour it. They are very timid and fly off in a rush when they get spooked. One minute they are there, then with a whoosh, they are gone.

From the meta data it was 1/320 sec @ f8, ISO 250 using a Nikon 300mm 2.8 VR G lens with a Nikon X 1.4 TC. The camera was set at aperture priority and no evaluation alterations.
