All sport models 40mm ?In an interview with J. Dowling, Rolex stated "All Sport Models will be 40mm".
Discounting the YM II at 42mm, What does this mean ?
What constitutes a Sport Model ? Is the new Milgauss at 40mm a sport model....what sport?
I think it means that Rolex has no intention to increase the size to the current trendy "big watch" size...
But does it also mean that the Air-king and the Explorer have the larger case/dial in their future....or are they really considered sport watches.

I was always under the impression that the Explorer was a sports model and included in the Oyster Professional line-up. I like it's looks at 36mm. But, we'll see.

I agree with Craig, the Explorer is a sports model for sure.

Shoot me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was 39.5mm

I won't shoot, but Craig was reffering to the Explorer and it is 36.

So the Explorer 1 is only 36mm - Wow, I didn't know that.
I think it borders on the mid-size. Too small for me anyway. I'm beginning to find my 14060M is shrinking on the wrist.
