One through the bedroom windowThis mynah bird was in the palm outside our spare bedroom window. I eased the window open and managed to get this shot of him. It's nesting time and I'm hoping he hasn't decided to make one in my clothes dryer vent.

That's your best shot i've seen out of your new cam? IMO, you getting in your comfort zone now?

I don't think it likes harsh bright light Steve. When I was at home, the historgrams were perfect, only the colour rendition was out because I'd set it too vivid. Tonight I took some more shots of a shrike and put them in the bin. The historgram looked OK but when I put them into PS CS3, they looked over exposed. I wish I'd never played with the original settings now.

That is one gorgeous picture uncle! You can even see the detail in the eyes! Beautiful!
