AUSTRALIAN ELECTION DAYAll Australians eligible to vote are going to the polls today to elect a new government. Voting is compulsory here BTW.
What does this mean for us?
AN END TO THE LAST 5 WEEKS OF BLOODY TV CAMPAIGNING!! 
If I wrote down all the promises that were to be given I could fill a substantial A4 exercise book!
We'll know this evening as there won't be anything else on TV at home or at the pub!
Ah well, may as well go down the pub.

Kevin Rudd - Labor, will be our new Prime Minister.
John Howard - Liberal, lost after 11.5 years//// who knows what will happen.......just hope it will be for the better for all Australians.

They start campaigning three months ahead of time around here with all of their signs. It drives me crazy
