More pictures from a very dusty BahrainWe have had a prolonged period of dust storms, almost three weeks now. It's not been very good for photography but even so I've still ventured out on Thursday and Friday and here's some of my pictures.
Rufous bush robin.
Black-winged stilt, calling an alarm.
Yellow wagtail aka black-headed wagtail.
Young little tern.
Glossy ibis.
Black-crowned night-heron.
Little egrets
Kentish plovers, all this seasons hatchings. My friend Howard had to move the little chap as he was running under my car and we didn't want him to get squashed. He was none the worse for his photo experience and soon rejoined his parents.

Thanks Gerard. These were taken with a Nikon D3, Nikon 300mm f2.8 VR lens with a Nikon x2 tele converter.
