That's a nice way to find out the date!
I am one that can not do without a date on my watch! I look at it everytime I need to write down a date! Even if it's 10 times a day, I just keep forgetting!

That is the dial patina of this 46 year old beauty..
Original hands and dial, fresh overhaul a couple of months ago, and it runs about +2-3 seconds if I rest it crown up... Which I thought was pretty amazing.....
Dirty lens indeed.............
