It's a young tern, I think a white-cheeked tern.
I go to a large lake at Dammam Airport. If you travel from Al Khobar to Dammam, go past the airport on your left. You then come to a right bend in the road. Travel a few kilometers and you will see a large reed area on your right. You proceed until there's a junction where you can do a U turn. After the U turn you will see tracks going off to the reeds. It's better if you have a 4 wheel drive.
