Finally made up my mind...I am going for the Canon 50D... 
The case is ''weatherproof'', since I love to walk that should be a pre IMHO
Man I am so happy I finally made up my mind.

Nice choice but a Nikon would have been better.

Hahaha, yes I know Adrian, I am talking about a new camera for a looooong time... 
But the time is almost there to get me this 50D..
Just sold two vintage Omega's and one is still for sale on a Dutch forum.
I have now enough %% for a body and 1 lens.. 
My Nokia shoots nice pictures but I really miss a GREAT camera on my walks..
