Favourite Coronet??

What would be your favourite Rolex at this point?
For me it's without any doubt the DateJust...

It came as a complete surprise by me but the size is perfect (for me).
The weight is just perfect.
The design is breath taking
And not to speak about the comfort when wearing it, excellent...

No wonder the DateJust  is for many ''the'' Rolex..

Cheers...

Prince

Beautiful DJ, and some fantastic photos of it!  Congrats!  I like the Datejust very much.  I don't wear it as often as I probably should, but it was my first Rolex, and hence has a special place in my heart!

Ahh, a TT DJ, very nice....

I'm also partial to the DJ. I have two. When I wear the midsize, it's my favorite. When my dad's 1601 is on my wrist, it is. I guess I'm just fickle.

Nancy, that sunburst dial is beautiful - but SO hard to read!  Have you tried one on?  In what size?

thanks Allan. I'm going to have to take some better pictures to show the true colour of the dial which is a cream colour. Whenever it is photographed it comes out looking white.

And the now famous Rolex logo, the Coronet, was first trademarked around 1925. The crown logo how ever only made its appearance on all Rolex watches from around 1939.And in 1945 the Jubilee Bracelet was first introduced later in 1947 the oyster bracelet.

You know what, that's my favourite.

I was going to say the Sub Date but I do think that watch of yours is one of the nicest I have seen.

In person it is beautiful.
