Breitling the book.

Picked up this copy on Saturday, have not had a chance to read it as yet, just thought I would post some quick and dirty photos and give my first impressions.

The book itself is a visual feast, the outside being made to feel as though it is rubberised, the cover and pages sitting flush with each other giving the silvered edges of the pages and cover an unbroken appearance.

Lots of narrative in this book, not just a copy of the current or old catalogue photos.

Photography as one would expect from Breitling is absolutely stunning, the watches and airplaine heritage particulary lending itself to wonderful photographs.

First impressions are that I am very pleased.

It looks like you're on to a winner with that Dave, it should keep you quiet at nights.

Breitling has some great watches..

I wish that I could see all the little print on the dials without using a magnifier though.........

Very nice!  If it is the book I'm thinking about, we (in the US) can only get it from the Breitling website.  I asked my AD if he could get me a copy (and I'd pay for it), and his 'home office' told him no, they were not in the business of selling books...they were a jewelry store.  That's why I no longer buy watches from them.
