Bald Eagle PairI was lucky enough to find out about a pair of Bald Eagles that are nesting a couple of hours from me so I decided to check them out today. They have 3 eggs and 2 of them hatched yesterday and there is one to go.

He decides it's time to feed the young ones. He was gone for less than 5 minutes and came back with a fish. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good shot of him bringing back the catch.

He is keeping all sides covered.
I plan to make it out several times as the youngsters grow and will keep you updated.

It must be great being able to watch these guys in action. 
(On a side note, when I opened this post, my virus checker picked up a worm. I'm not sure if it was the pictures or just a coincidence but thought I should mention it.)
