Birthday notifier

I've added a notifier at the bottom of the main page for member's birthdays. To test it works, I'll alter my birth date to tomorrows date. If you see my name in the notifier, there's no need to send me any wishes as it's just there to test the function.

Well the function did not work because I omitted the year. I've tried it again with tomorrow's date and this time I completed the year field. We shall see if it works.

Edit

Now I've got it working, there is no need to enter the year. The notifier will work with just day and month.
