I had no idea that any of those watches were connected to Seiko. I'm unfamiliar with most of them, but others I have seen many times. Great info! Thanks!

Very similar to the Tudor and Rolex in a way Lisa, very good watches. And almost the same in every department except for name and the cheaper price.

Yes quite a long time but in watchmaking terms not as old as many of the Swiss.But Seiko make quality products for both markets volume and high end like Seiko Grand.Myself have a high regard for Seiko and Citizen there mechanical watches are well priced.And without the cheaper side of the market many could not afford a mechanical watch today.



Below my oldest Seiko from 1943 still running fine but case showing signs of wear.

And most Seikos will not break your bank.  6138 and 6139 chronos, bellmatics and the 6309 divers all from the 70s and 80s are fantastic watches

Seiko has been a world leader of watches for decades, blut they really took off with their quartz technology and innovattion......
