Went back to work yesterday and found out that the company is not contributing to our profit sharing this year. It's like getting a 15% pay cut. The company had record sales but somehow really low profits. To make matters worse it leaked out (small company) that the consultant they follow (like a cult) to make things better (!) earned himself $300,000. Moral is low. Gotta get ready for work. Catch you later. Going back to work after holidays is hard at the best of times, but to go to work to an already frustrating environment to find it even worse, has gotta be brutal.
