Hey guys
Since you are so awesome in macro shot and all that stuff with color enhancing and what not... is there a change you could do me a huge favor?
I wrote earlier in my "leisure time" thread that I enjoy painting... well I am thinking about painting a flower or bouquet in a vase with beautiful colors and texture. But my imagination is lacking at the moment. So my question is, could you please try to impress me with a picture of (a) flower(s)? I would be forever thankfull! And of course I would post a picture of the painting when it's done!
Thanks for anybody who's willing to give it a shot!

Who could refuse a request from you Mireyna, although we don't get many flowers around here, I'll see what I can do.
I've just had a thought, Chip alias slrdude used to post quite a few pictures of flowers, maybe a quick PM to him could bring results. |

That's about the best I could do Mireyna. All of the flowers have died off this time of year around here. _________________ Let's rock this place :-)

Here are some from today. The bright red one is from a pomegranate, the others are anybodies guess. The last two are the size of a pin head.

Here's a few more I did not have time to upload yesterday.
I think this is a violet carpenter bee.
This tiny butterfly is a grass jewel. It can't be bigger than 1/4 inch.
To put things in perspective, here's a picture of the flower the butterfly is on, being held between my finger and thumb.
Here's another butterfly picture from the archives.

Do you want me to add numbers for the different colours?
Good luck with the picture. |
